"I joined WAND as a new RND in search of guidance and collaboration in a new field of practice for me. I like to do things by the book and as an RND I learned the book doesn't explain it all. I want to learn and share resources for the improvement of client care and the advancement and standardization of this specialty. I find it challenging to provide services in a field with little oversight and few established best practices and I hope to influence and contribute to that. I am proud to have been asked to join the Founding Team for this non-profit organization."
