Warren Brighton, RN

I enjoy leading teams and educating both large and small groups with an emphasis on best practices and care quality improvement.

I also have a background in construction, management and computer science. By day I work as Unit Manager at a top rated 5 Star Rehabilitation Facility, by night I am hubsand, dad and superhero to our 2 young daughters.

Anita Brighton, RN, COS-C, RND

What I love about home & community based care is collaborating for practical real-world solutions to common and complex problems. I enjoy crafting solutions.  I feel satisfied when I am able to guide a situation toward a middle ground for what works in reality and is sustainable.  I strive to incorporate best practice and physician goals along with guiding a client toward measurable and attainable outcomes.  I also enjoy empowering clients and caregivers to own their strengths and support them where it is necessary.  I frequently find this approach actually works me right out of providing my services.

Personally, I've provided over 16000 home visits with        more than 91% client

satisfaction rating.
