Anita Brighton, RN, COS-C, RND is a Certified Medicare OASIS specialist and offers contracted per visit assessment and development of your individualized plan of care for Home Health services. Contact your physician for a Home Health referral to an agency of your choice. You may have your agency contact her at anita@2nursescontracting.com to arrange for contracted payment and schedule your assessment.
Anita has completed thousands of OASIS Assessments with a less than 24 hours turn-around.
Assessment and Plan of Care will be completed and submitted on the same day of service!
